I order a get well bouquet with yellow roses, sunflower and greenery their was a picture on website. I new it wasn't going to be exact. It was full but no big sunflowers and no greenery to hide the stems that are put in the green stuff to hold them in place because the vase they were in was a round clear one. If that was covered the bouquet would have been perfect besides the big sunflowers. All the other bouquets I have ordered have been perfect.

I am so sorry Michele that you were disappointed in the arrangement. Because we do not deliver to Worcester, we tried calling it out to a florist in that city. Nobody could take it that day, so I did the best I could to ensure delivery on your requested date. I overfilled the arrang to make up for the lack of sunflowers and it turned out quite beautiful however, I did not pay as much attention to the exposed stems as I should have. For that, I do apologize. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to make this better. Thank you.

Terry, I'm so sorry you didn't like the arrang. I do recall calling you and asking if we could substitute flowers since we didn't have the exact shown. You gave us your approval so I made as similar as possible in same vase. I also made much larger than requested because of the substitutions. They still came out beautiful. I guess I should have rejected the order rather than having an unhappy customer.

Varies was very accommodating and helpful. I ordered a dozen red roses but, Varise called me to say she wasn’t happy with the red roses she had but will put together other roses instead. I received so many compliments on the arrangement. I’m thankful she didn’t just put together the sub-par roses and went with something so beautiful. I appreciate them going above and beyond.

I have called right before New years Eve and I forgot to order flowers and I wasn't expecting them to be able to deliver. I was surprised that I was told oh yeah we'll get it right out to the salon where my girlfriend was working. It was a complete surprise which is what I was hoping but I had to make sure she was in the salon working that they hahaha so I called back to the floors and they were already packaged up ready to deliver and they're huge supporters of veterans because I'm a combat veteran and they offered me a discount and I had such fun on the phone the whole time!!!!

We realize that the flowers were not exact to picture, however we were told to bring them to Harvard which is outside our delivery area. Knowing that there are no florists in that town, we filled order as close as possible, rather than turning you away. We apologize if we made the wrong decision. Covid has made our products hard to come by.

The flowers were nice, but the note we asked for was not on the card. We had a personal note and the note our friend received was a generic "So sorry for your loss." Not the biggest deal, but we spent time writing a personal note.
