Excellent service! I live in northern CA and wanted flowers delivered to someone living in southern CA and ordered Online the NIGHT before. The bouquet was beautiful and I was actually surprised bc I chose the dulex option and honestly with how beautiful this bouquet was I’m confident I could have gone with the standard option! It just goes to show they put effort into their bouquets. The only difference was the vase was not as pictured, but that’s expected- they still created a bouquet that paired perfectly with the vase they provided.

I called the florist and was told that they were unable to reach the recipient for 2 days. It was followed up until they were able to make contact to set up delivery. According to my wife the follower arrangement was beautiful. I was little disappointed because the message that i wrote on line was cut in half and to top it off the letters on the card looked that it was written by a guy that hated high school. Mercedes and Robin are not only friendly, but very professional. Robin is very creative and was able to take ideas I had and put them into a beautiful sympathy floral arrangement.
