The flowers are absolutely beautiful but the customer service was the most impressive. I was at work at the time of delivery and the driver didn't want to leave them outside due to the cold. He tried to see if my neighbours were home to accept the delivery but they weren't, so he went out of his way to deliver them to my place of work. It was very much appreciated.

However the roses was a little wilted and never lasted as long as expected. Overall please with the service and the arrangement was beautiful. But the flowers were not at good quality. I live in BC and was looking for a florist near St.john so I could send flowers to my sister in law for her birthday. This florist popped up and just so happens my sister in laws nickname is “Pearl”. We bought the celebrate bouquet with chocolates. She loved it. It was so bright and beautiful and came in a reusable coffee mug. I ordered last minute and it was no problem. This was a great experience, will order from Mount Pearl Florist again.

My nephew was in hospital battling brain cancer and I wanted to cheer him up. I found your company online as I live in Alberta. Ordering went smooth, I made extra contact to adjust some things such as where he was located etc. They went above and beyond, they added lots of goodies to his basket, threw in extra balloons and when it was ready they took a photo for me to see what it looked like. Not only were they able to process my personalized short notice request, but they did it with great customer service. Did they have everything I wanted on hand? No, but that wasn't their fault I called on short notice, and they were happy to make suggestions at what flowers to replace with the ones that weren't available. I used them for my Mother's Day flowers, and now again for grad flowers. They even sent a text a few days before to inform her of the delivery, how thoughtful! They gave me great instructions on how to care for the flowers.

I was contacted via email when the arrangement I ordered wasn't able to be fulfilled as the online photo depicted. I replied back that it was color and the roses that were the main draw to the arrangement, so they added a couple mini garden roses. The recipient loved the arrangement, particularly the roses, and when she sent me a photo of it in her home it did look like size and colors depicted in the online photo! So glad I can trust you to send what I see online!!

Great communication, lovely people and beautiful flowers! I ordered from England and within half an hour they emailed to say that they would not have the Sunflowers in stock for the date I requested, however I was happy to give them some basic instructions and let them be creative. I'm glad I did because my friend received something that was even better than the items on the website! Will definitely use again.

I really appreciated the woman who delivered them knocked on the front and when there was no answer she went to the side door for second attempt- I finally heard her and she passed the flowers over with a big smile!
