I do not ever see these arrangements, so I have no idea what they look like…I just have to trust that they are ok. Amazing fast delivery - fresh & beautiful arrangement. Only thing I’d suggest is sticking to the delivery date selected - I had asked for delivery the next day, but it was delivered same day (which in itself is amazing) but when you plan to have something delivered a certain day, having it early made the card incorrect. Not a major complaint because I’m the speed was impressive, but like I said - if a client asks for delivery on a certain date, it would be good to honour that

Twice I have ordered flowers for my mother, and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful. My only disappointment was that on the last delivery she was not notified that the flowers were delivered. No one rang the door bell. She eventually found them on her doorstep, which is thankfully sheltered and shaded. If she hadn’t been going out the front door, they could have sat there all day and night.

Only two things that I would improve: 1) have the option to instruct on delivery - sometimes you don't want the recipient to know that flowers are coming; and, 2) have promotional codes available - the flowers are quite expensive and I would be much more likely to buy more often if there were promo codes available.

I get nervous when ordering online, especially if there isn't anyone I can converse with beforehand. I couldn't find a contact number, but I want ahead and ordered anyway. The flowers were delivered on a timely basis, so I am very happy with that. I also liked that I could choose that the flowers be ordered within 2 hours (or however it was). I really liked that too. It would be be great to be able to actually see what size the different price floral arrangements were. You only give one picture and 3 prices. I am left to guess what the less expensive one will look like. Perhaps you only have to do this with a couple of examples as long as this is your standard way of doing the rest of the choices. Buckets Fresh Flower Market is an incredibly professional floral shop with a lot of variety and superb customer service that goes the extra mile. The flowers we have ordered have been fresh, fairly priced and delivered on time. Recently, we have ordered "Chantilly Pink Roses" along with small chocolates for Mother's day. Our mom absolutely loved the flowers and it's presentation. As it was a busy holiday, our order for the chocolates was switched. Upon speaking with the Manager regarding this issue, she agreed to send another order of chocolates the very next day. True to their word, our mom received chocolates for a second time and was very happy! I appreciated the time, energy and effort they put into fulfilling the order to our satisfaction! We would definite recommend this florist for anyone in the Abbotsford area!
