The flowers were so beautiful on arrival. I watered immediately. By the second day the sunflowers were wilted. I removed the flowers from the sponge in container. Recut stems hopefully they come out of the wilted state.

The service is great, got a call making sure the flowers can be dropped off at the door, and the same day service was awesome. The flowers themselves looked old, the roses needed their outside petals to be taken off (they were shriveled and turning brown) the hydrangea was droopy and not very fresh. All in all I don’t think I would spend another 70$ on the flowers.

She reached out to you just to warn you that the vase was cheap and not to use so others wouldn’t get hurt. She never got a response from you. I assure you it was filled to value. I think the planter just didn't match your personal style, and I understand that. I order flowers for my mom for mother’s day. I order them a week in advance and paid a 20 dollar delivery fee. When I got a picture of how they arrived I was furious. Had it not been a Sunday I would have called right away to complain. The looked nothing like the picture and were not even close to 90 dollar quality flowers. My late Mother's Day flowers were beautiful. Having worked in a florist shop I would suggest a call ahead to prevent a non-delivery on a specific holiday arrival. That way individuals know to be there at an approximate time or at least no wasted mileage for the deliverer/flower shop expenses. Ordered standard size Beautiful in Blue. Received flowers had one flower with a light taint of blue, nothing else blue in the rest. The flower size received was 2/3rds the dimensions on website. Also different vase, not as pretty. Called to express my dissatisfaction and they stated they can’t control the color or size of flowers, or the vase they have in-stock. Pretty much be prepared to pay full price and get 2/3rds of what you order. They use excuse that the picture in website is “an example”, but what I got was worth 2/3rds what I paid. I recently ordered a bouquet for a wedding anniversary. It was delivered on time, and was displayed beautifully. Prior to the order being filled, I was contacted by a staff member, advising that the one of the displayed flowers was unavailable. I appreciate this notice, and the only thing I would recommend in future is a photo being emailed of the actual finished bouquet, prior to delivery (especially for international orders where we won't get to see it in person). I would recommend this florist, and won't hesitate to use them again!!

I'm sorry the arrangement didn't look exactly like the one pictured on the website. I remember this arrangement and I know that we used the same flowers but the colors were slightly different*. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your flowers did not last as long as you had hoped. Arrangements done in the smaller vases (like our Precious Purples Arrangement) tend to need fresh water added more often. This can be difficult to do sometimes, because they are so full of flowers.

The delivery person could not deliver in a timely manner when I (who live in Redmond) was driving safely to Bend and back. I don't know when they started imposing a handling fee as well as a delivery fee, but I will not be using them again.

I'm sorry that we were unable to deliver your order on the day you requested. We got a foot and half of snow and our courier service was unable to get to Bend until the roads had been cleared. We did call to notify you. We delivered it as soon as it was safe for us to do so. The handling fee is a small charge on our website, if you do not wish to pay it, you can always call us direct. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL..color and arrangement were both perfect. Flowers were fresh. The women who delivered them was so wonderful she help make the experience special!
