I live out of state and used an 800# to send my granddaughter flowers for her 16th bday. They messed it up and asked for additional day for delivery; which wouldn't be on her birthday! I called the first florist in Gadsden opened and Laiken answered. SHE WAS A DELIGHT and able to accommodate my request and have it delivered same day!
