While I live in Ontario, I recently ordered flowers for a very dear friend who lives in Kelowna and chose Burnett's and am I ever glad I did. The arrangement was beyond anything I could have imagined. My friend sent me photos and I was in complete awe as was she. They were absolutely breathtaking. The colours were perfect and the selection of flowers were gorgeous. You can tell there was alot of attention to detail with their work. Super impressed with how easy it was for me to pick out a beautiful bouquet and treats from Northern BC to send to my Mom in Kelowna for her birthday! Friendly voice on the phone gives the caller a reassurance the florist takes pride in their service. The arrangement that was ordered with specific colours,(white&green) did not fail. The size & high was also as ordered. I was able to see in person the arrangement, it was beautiful! It’s a little over 10 days, and was told the arrangement is as fresh looking as the day it was delivered. Not one flower showing signs of wilting. Thank you making a beautiful arrangement with such care, and making the person receiving the arrangement so happy!

hi thank you for your comment, I looked back on your orders and it was a year ago that you ordered and prices for flowers were a little bit cheaper then, and the one previous you spent $30.00 more on flowers so the arrangement would have been bigger. Thank you very much for supporting our business
