    Great customer service. I live out of state and placed an order that I teay wanted delivered on the same day and the took care of everything I wanted. It’s always a guess when you have to order from another state. The recipient absolutely loved the arrangement we sent and sent me a picture. The florist had to substitute some flowers and called to let me know but they did a great job keeping it close to what I ordered. I will use this florist again when I have an occasion to send flowers.

And the size and quality were far superior to another arrangement sent to her by another florist by out of town friends. And they lasted much longer. The huge sunflower on the side as our favorite. But it was a beautiful assortment of gorgeous flowers including roses. Loved it. Just loved it.

    Up until recently, I hadn't used Flower Me Florist. I had a very last minute order for a memorial service and they were able to get the flowers there on time and I heard from the family that they were beautiful.     Professional customer service. The item was ordered online, but the florist called the ordering customer when she realized they didn't have the exact flower for the arrangement. She offered several flowers to take its place and took the information of what was my favorite flower and created a beautiful bouquet. It was larger than ordered due to the flowers I like not being premium cost. It arrived during the day and by a curt round and funny delivery man. Couldn't ask for more.

    I placed an order on a Saturday, 1 hour before the store closed, FOR DELIVERY THAT SAME DAY! I was expecting to hear that wouldn't be possible, logic told me. Gail and the staff assured me it was not only possible, but definate that they could get the job done! I never expected that. They wer courtious, professional, eager to take care of me, and on and on. I was shocked that the cost of what I ordered, and when I ordered it to be delivered was at or BELOW what was normal for an advance order during the week! Needless to say, my order arrived a few minutes ahead of set time and looked absolutely fantastic! I will recomend these folks to everybody I know.     I've been using Flower Me Florist for over 13 years and never have I been disappointed. I recently ordered roses for my girlfriend's birthday and they were beautiful. My only issue is that when I ordered online, i typed the message to be included on the card and the message was then hand-written. I would prefer the cards to be printed, rather than being hand-written.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend's infant in the hospital. On the day the flowers were to be delivered, my friend and her son (happily but unexpectedly) got discharged from the hospital. I called to find out if the flowers had been delivered in time. The woman I spoke to (Cheryl?) was so friendly and nice about it - she explained that they had attempted delivery, but my friend was already gone! She assured me that they would try to deliver the flowers the next day to my friend's home.
